Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. If a particular item is not available for shipment within that time frame, we will contact you.
We currently ship only to the continental U.S. using UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as our carriers. We do not mark up or charge additional fees for shipping, and your shipping costs will vary based on the final weight, delivery method and destination of your order. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process and are to one address only. Sorry, but UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express shipping are available at extra cost. The exact amount will depend on the level of service you choose, the destination address and the number of items being shipped. Your exact cost for express shipping will be calculated when you check out. In some cases we may need to contact you to clarify your shipping needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased damage levels, we no longer ship grinders via USPS. TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, ALL GRINDERS SENT BY WINDWARD COFFEE NOW SHIP UPS. If you are ordering a grinder from us, please choose a UPS shipping option.
Local Delivery Customers
Customers who live or work within 10 miles of Windward can have their orders delivered free upon request. All local deliveries are made on Friday each week unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance. Please include your contact information and the best time to reach you in the comment box provided during the check out process.
