We currently ship only to the continental U.S. and primarily use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as our carrier. UPS is presented as an option should you prefer to use them. We do not mark up or charge additional fees for shipping, and your shipping costs will vary based on the final weight, delivery method and destination of your order. Approximate shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, however actual costs can vary and we will contact you if a difference should occur. All shipping charges are to one address only. Please note UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express shipping are available at extra cost. The exact amount will depend on the level of service you choose, the destination address and the number of items being shipped. Your exact cost for express shipping will be calculated when you check out, however actual prices can vary and we will contact you should a difference occur. In some cases we may need to contact you to clarify your shipping needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased damage levels, we no longer ship grinders via USPS. TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, ALL GRINDERS SENT BY WINDWARD COFFEE NOW SHIP UPS. If you are ordering a grinder from us, please choose a UPS shipping option.
Free Local Delivery
Customers with qualifying delivery zip codes can have their orders delivered AT NO CHARGE by choosing the Windward option during checkout. Local deliveries are made each Friday unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.
