If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or replace it. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of our original ship date. All merchandise for return or exchange must be shipped to us pre-paid in its original packaging and protected from damage.
Please check all shipments carefully on arrival and note any damage on the shipping company's forms. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged in shipment.
If we inadvertently send you whole bean coffees that you did not order, you can exchange them for a store credit in the amount of the purchase or an equivalently priced coffee of your choice by returning them prepaid in their original, unopened packaging.
We're sorry, but open bags of coffee, whole bean and ground, cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, we cannot accept returns of sale items and items included as part as of a promotional offer.
Most of the equipment we sell is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and all requests for repair or replacement must be made directly with the manufacturer. Please be advised that glassware is generally not covered.
While we are more than willing to assist you, please direct any service or exchange related requests to the manufacturer of your equipment.
