NEW! This is a wonderfully flavorful selection drawn from a number of select smallholder farms in the Nariño region, Colombia's premiere growing area. These beans are essentially "cherry picked" from only a few high altitude farms during the heart of the harvest, resulting in a clean, nicely balanced, cup with medium body, deep chocolate flavors and satisfyingly warm, woody aromas. These shade grown beans hail from Guatemala's famed Antigua region and they  are everything a classic coffee from this area should be: bright, balanced and rich with a dark aroma, a hint of smokiness and  flavors of spice and bittersweet chocolate. Nicaragua
Finca Buenos Aires 100% Caturra
NEW! This is a very interesting and excceptionally flavorful coffee that we are excited to add to our Captain's Table menu. We buy this directly from the family that owns the farm (finca), and it is unique in that this lot is 100% Caturra, a single cultivar (type of coffee tree). It's grown at the relatively low altitude of 3,900 feet and it's delighfully clean, crisp, sweet and balanced which in our book makes it a real crowd pleaser! Learn more.
