These hand picked beans are chosen from ony a few select high altitude smallholder farms in Colombia's premiere growing region. Unlike coffees we source from single farms, these are harvested from select trees on each farm then blended and processed at a small mill where strict quality standards and controls ensure the remarkable quality they were grown for is represented in your cup.

These are 100% Excelso grade beans, the highest quality coffee Colombia produces. It's interesting that the term "supremo" has come to be associated with high quality beans when in fact the word refers only to the largest size of bean the country exports and says nothing of their quality.

This is a nicely balanced coffee with medium body, a floral aroma and deep chocolate flavor with hints of fruit and a pleasant, lingering aftertaste. A truly satisfying cup of coffee at any time of day.
